The store is kind of hard to navigate through and sometimes you cant find what you like, but its still a good experience. When you walk in, he has some recommendations for you and even burned you a cd of stuff he thinks you might like. Spotify is like the local record store and the one guy that works there knows you decently well. If you ask someone for suggestions, some guy who doesn't even work in the music department will send you to the top 10 sellers rack no matter who you are or what you like. They have everything and all of the really popular music is readily available and the first thing you see.
I like this analogy - Apple Music is a lot like buying a CD at a big box store like BestBuy. If you like specific genres that aren't as popular with the general public, Spotify does a better job at handling that. If you are really into current hits and popular music that a lot of people like, Apple Music does a fantastic job. Neither is wrong or worse than the other.
